As we start to bring more productions to life, our goal is to make sure you have the best experience possible. Here are some questions we got that can help you at our events. 

  • How Do I Buy Tickets
    Tickets can be purchsed on our website directly. Just check out the "Upcoming Events" tab and it will guide you to the online ticket portal.
  • Are your events kid friendly?
    Some of our events are kid friendly and some are not. There will be a notice for each event whether or not kids will be allowed to attend.
  • I bought tickets, but did not get them"
    If you purchsed your tickets through the website, you should instantly get an email confirming your purchase. This email could have gone to your SPAM or JUNK folder. Please check there if you cannot find your tickets. If you did not get an email with your tickets please call or text our support line: 814.387.8287
  • I can't make it to an event I purchased tickets for. Can I get a refund?
    For smaller shows, refunds are not accepted at this time. Each event is different and the refund policy will change with each event. You can check an events refund policy by viewing the "Upcoming Events" tab and reading the policy outline on the event page.
